We will discuss our OnRamp program and coaching sessions to get you started effectively. We will also book your first class! 

OnRamp

Get started safely with an expert coach.

OnRamp includes 3 private coaching sessions designed to help you work through past injuries, and learn proper exercise technique that you will take with you in future classes. 

You will also learn the basic lifts and terminology used in CrossFit classes. Our job is to prepare you for success in our programs - all you need to do is show up.

CrossFit Teens

Functional and Foundational movement for every aspiring athlete!

Our CrossFit Teens programs consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness program and experience that is broad, inclusive, general, and scaleable for youth at any fitness level.
 Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are foundational and useful for teens and the demands of their everyday lives.
 We encourage teens to play, jump, run, lift, throw, climb, push, and pull in a safe and fun environment while under the supervision of a trained fitness professional.

Here's what you can expect at each session:

  • 45 minutes of movement and energized learning. 
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • Modified Program design to meet their goals and abilities.
  • Nutrition coaching is available.

Pilates is a movement system that builds a foundation of stability, core strength, and mobility...perfect for any athlete or fitness enthusiast to prevent injury and maximize results.
 
We offer private Pilates sessions as well as monthly Pilates membership. Prior pilates experience is recommended before starting a membership. Enjoy a FREE consultation to get more information on where you should begin.
