    Chat with our staff about your goals and start attending classes that work for your schedule.

    After your free consultation, we will set you up with 3-sessions of one-on-one coaching with our Head Coach. Here, you will learn basic lifting techniques, review any past injuries or mechanics that need correcting, terminology, and foundations to prepare you to step into your first class with confidence.

    While you're completing your OnRamp sessions, you will also be able to take group fitness classes.

    Here, you will become more familiar with foundational exercises, strength training, and the use of various equipment like kettlebells, TRX training, and more!

    We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

    By now you have completed OnRamp and you are taking 2-3+ classes/week consistently.

    Congrats on making some new friends and moving your body! Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.

    You might be less sore at this point, and that's a good thing. You are feeling stronger, getting into class 3-5 times per week, and feeling good about it.

    As your body adapts to this new way of life, consider checking in on your goals. Now that we have added movement, is it time to evaluate nutrition or other fitness goals you seek?

    With just one month of consistent effort, you’re likely starting to see results. We’ll check in with your goals and keep you accountable.

    After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before.
