Why Do CrossFit Teens?

Learn proper movement techniques for body weight and gym equipment to include dumbbells and kettlebells. You will also progress into using functional barbell movements that build strength and power.

CrossFit Teens is the Ideal way to crosstrain as an athlete, prepare for the upcoming season, or just have fun getting healthy and strong!
