Fall Legends

Member Appreciation Event and Competition 2023!

Fall Legends was created as a way to bring our gym family together for a friendly competition, workout, and potluck brunch. A way to truly celebrate our shared love of exercise, commitment to health, and to this community.  It's meant for all levels and abilities to compete. You are truly legendary - see you there!

 

  • Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
  • End Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Heat detail - TBD and shared at the event.

Grab a partner and enjoy pushing your limits against other gym members!

We will enjoy a post-competition brunch. Bring an item to share!

Workout 1

For TIME:

RX

  • 100m Prowler Push 200/150lbs
  • 100M Sandbag Carry 100/50
  • 10 Sandbag over Shoulder 100/50
  • 100M Farmers Carry 80/53lb
    *Partner completes all exercises, and then Partner B Completes all exercises.

Then:
50M Tire Flip (Partners work together)
Sprint back to start

SCALED:

  • 100M Prowler Push (150/90)
  • 100M Sandbag Carry (50/30)
  • 10 Sandbag over Shoulder (50/30)
  • 100M Farmers Carry (53/35)

*Partner A Completes all exercises, and then Partner B Completes all exercises.

Then:

  • 50M Tire Flip (Partners work together)
  • Sprint back to start

Workout 2

TRIATHLON (For Time):

RX:

  • 800m Row/Front Rack KB Hold (45/24) (*Rower must stop if partner sets the KB down)**
  • 50cal Bike/10 Wall Walks (Once the wall walks are completed, partner can rest)
  • 800m Run/45 Burpees (Once the burpees are complete, partner can rest)

Each partner will complete each movement. The movements cannot be broken up.

**Partner A Row, Partner B Front rack hold then, Partner A Front rack hold, Partner B Row. Once both partners complete the exercises, they move on to the next set.

SCALED:

  • 800m Row/Front Rack KB Hold (35/20) (Rower must stop if partner sets the KB down)
  • 50cal Bike/20 Hand Release pushups. (Once the HR pushups are complete, partner can rest)
  • 800m Run/45 burpees. (Once the burpees are complete, partner can rest)

 

 

Workout 3

12 Minutes to find a 3RM (rep max) Deadlift:

RX:

  • Each Partner will establish a 3RM Barbell Deadlift. The score will be the total weight lifted between the team of 2.

SCALED:

  • Same as RX.

The event starts at 8:00 a.m. We will be done with everything by 11:00 a.m.

 

All other classes are canceled, join us for Fall Legends!

After the workout, we will enjoy a potluck brunch.
